Class Payment and Cancellation Policy

Classes must be paid for in advance.  Your seat is not guaranteed in the class until it is completely paid for.  Class deposits and payments are accepted up to the registration close date. You have 30 days after your initial 50% deposit to completely pay for the class. If you do not pay for the rest of the class within 30 days, your deposit will be held for up to two future classes. If you don’t pay for a class completely by the second future class cutoff date, your deposit will be lost.

Registration closes 7 days before the class and no further payments will be accepted thereafter. If the class is not fully paid for by that point then you will not be able to take the class. No refunds will be given on any payments.

If you are unable to attend a class, it must be done 48 hours prior to the class starting and you must notify the instructor by email.  You will be issued a credit toward the next upcoming class.  You are allowed up to two more additional reschedules without penalty.  If you aren't able to attend after those two extra reschedules, your payment will be lost.  No refunds will be given.  

Private instruction must be paid for in full prior to instruction being received and the same cancellation policy applies.
